3.3 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) cx666 Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether in the same name, the same household, or using different contact details, is strictly prohibited. cx666 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if any detail changes. cx666 bears no liability for consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate registration data.
3.5 Non-Transferability. cx666 Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances.
4.1 Credential Security. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your cx666 Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. cx666 employees and support staff will never request your password. You must notify cx666 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.2 KYC Process. Before cx666 processes your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. cx666 may request updated KYC documentation at any time at its reasonable discretion.
4.3 Liability for Unauthorised Access. cx666 shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security, unless the breach is directly attributable to cx666 negligence.

5.2 Currency. The cx666 Platform operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific transaction.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cx666 Cashier at the time of transaction. cx666 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same Account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. cx666 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier but does not guarantee processing times.
5.5 Player Funds. cx666 holds Player Account balances separately from operational funds. Player deposits are used solely for the purposes of wagering and withdrawal in accordance with these Terms and are not used by cx666 for any other operational purpose.
6.1 Offer Terms. All cx666 bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional credits are subject to specific offer terms communicated at the time of issue. General terms in this clause apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your cx666 Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. cx666 reserves the right to specify which game types and bet sizes contribute to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. cx666 monitors bonus usage across accounts. Any pattern of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of offers through low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting, or coordinated multi-account usage, will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings cancellation, and may result in account suspension.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and active Bonus Funds that remain unwagered expire as specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the Account automatically and are not refundable.
7.1 General. All Wagers placed on cx666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product: sportsbook rules for cricket betting and other sports markets, casino game rules for live dealer and slot titles, and any supplementary rules published within the Platform. 7.2 Finality of Results. The outcome of all casino games and the settlement of sports bets are determined by the cx666 system and its licensed software providers. Results are final once settled unless cx666 identifies a technical error or voiding event under the applicable rules.

7.4 Void Bets. cx666 reserves the right to void any Wager found to have been placed in error, based on incorrect odds, as a result of a technical fault, or in connection with any event that is subsequently cancelled or otherwise made void under the applicable sporting or gaming rules.

10.2 cx666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including financial losses from wagering outcomes, loss of data, or service interruptions due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond cx666's reasonable control.
10.3 cx666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that Player at the time the claim arises.

12.1 By cx666. cx666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. In such cases, cx666 may withhold any balance pending investigation and ultimately forfeit funds where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your cx666 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. cx666 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts as permitted under applicable law after providing notice. 14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cx666 holds its applicable operating licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact cx666 support via live chat or the support email to seek an informal resolution. cx666 aims to respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction as specified in clause 14.1.
